This memorable 6" x 34" serving board is made primarily from locally-sourced wood by Brooklyn craftsman Phil Gautreau. Phil's fine sanding, keen eye for aesthetics, and mix of woods like sapele, oak, and walnut, is sure to take your charcuterie platter to the next level!
Each board is hand-finished with a food-grade wood sealant and natural beeswax and mineral oil cream. Clean your board using warm water and mild soap, rinse, dry and apply a small amount of board cream. (Phil makes his own - found here!).
