This gorgeous 12" x 20" gourmet cutting board is a blend of walnut, oak, cherry and padauk. These boards are classics and look so beautiful on the counter. The wood can be oiled occasionally, and some folks like to use one side for chopping and one side for "show" - one side also has a juice well for carving.
